• Newsletter Subscriptions: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your contact information (such as your email address and name) is collected and processed through our email service provider, Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), to send you seasonal recipes, workshop announcements, and event updates. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any newsletter.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we only employ strictly necessary functional mechanisms required to deliver our web services and secure form submissions against automated spam. We employ strict access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Workshop & Event Bookings (Tickts): Ticket sales and event registrations are managed through our ticketing partner, Tickts (TICKTS LTD, UK Company No. 17029682, ICO Registration ZC108275, tickts.co.uk). When you purchase a ticket, Tickts processes your booking details and coordinates secure payment processing through integrated payment processors (such as Stripe). We receive attendee and order information (such as names, email addresses, and ticket selections) necessary to admit attendees and manage our workshops. • Newsletter Distribution (Mailchimp): Our subscriber list is managed by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC / Intuit Inc.). Mailchimp stores data on secure servers located in the United States.
